You are not your Eating Disorder. Your Eating Disorder is just one part of you. Maybe right now its running the show but I see you. I see your struggle to fight it, I see the mixed feelings when you give in, I see the fear that this is all your life can ever be.... i also see your heart, and the bright future you can have full of all the things that make your heart sing.

You are more. Recovery is possible.

#mindfulmonday This past week I got to spend some time in this beautiful peaceful woods where the birds were chirping and the trees gently swayed in the breeze.

Taking a break, getting out of the house and being present and calm for a moment seems of particular importance in post lockdown life.

Do not give all your power to the others in your life. You are more than capable, more than enough, more than worthy.
