Did you watch the Freddie Flintoff @bbc documentary recently? In it Freddie talks about his experience of #bulimia and it becomes apparent that he thought bulimia was solely about self induced vomiting.

Well, as he learns exercise, or rather over exercise can also be an #eatingdisorder behaviour. So I am here to remind you all that exercise she be about loving your body, and not about punishing it or controlling your weight.

So, it seems the colder and wetter weather is upon us. For many people this can have a negative impact upon mood. Darker days and less sunshine equalling feeling more tired and less motivated.

Take extra care of yourself and listen to your body and what it needs, change up your routine and find ways to tune into your passions. Most of all be kind to yourself.

In life we are all often guilty of basing our worth on achievements; getting a promotion, an A* grade at school, loosing weight....

but yknow, we are human sometimes we fail, fall flat our face or gain weight. Its okay. Those things are not your worth. Your worth in inherent in you.

Sessions start this coming Monday and there are 4 sifferent sessions available. We do recommend attending the sessions sequentially. However you can choose to attend just 1, or 2 or all 4.
